Azure Readiness Check
Run Microsoft's free Azure assessments, send us the results, and get a 45-minute call and a one-page summary of the three gaps to close first.
Free
A 45-minute call and a one-page summary. If an Assessment fits, we offer it at the end of the call; if it does not, we say so.
When it fits
You want an outside view of your Azure estate before committing budget, and you would rather start from Microsoft's own assessments than a sales call.
What changes
The three gaps that matter most, in writing, and a clear answer on whether a paid Assessment is worth it for you.
What you receive
- A 45-minute call reading your assessment results with an Azure architect
- A one-page summary of the three gaps to close first, sent within two business days of the call
- A plain recommendation: an Assessment, a narrower fix, or nothing for now
What we agree first
- Results exported from at least one Microsoft assessment: the Azure Well-Architected Review for one workload, and if you can, the Azure Landing Zone Review and the Cloud Adoption Strategy Evaluator
- The workload or estate the results describe
- Who decides on Azure changes in your organization
Scope, fee, acceptance criteria, and timing are agreed before work starts.
Before you engage
The access we need and where the work stops, for your security and procurement reviewers.
What access we need
- None: we never sign in to your tenant for the readiness check
- Assessment results you export from Microsoft Learn and send by email
- Leave out secrets, keys, and anything marked CUI or classified
- Results are handled like any enquiry under the privacy policy: deleted within 24 months if no engagement follows, or sooner on request
Scope boundaries
No tenant access, no review of your environment beyond the results you share, and no implementation advice beyond the three gaps.

The two Azure frameworks answer different questions; use the Cloud Adoption Framework for estate decisions and the Well-Architected Framework for a single workload, and name the control owner where they overlap.
