Solicitation Readout
A fixed-price technical read of a solicitation in three business days: how the requirements map to a solution, where the risk is, and what to ask the agency.
$2,500 fixed
Delivered three business days after the documents arrive. The full fee is credited toward Solicitation Architecture, Proposal MVP, or Orals Studio if you continue within 14 days.
When it fits
An RFI, RFQ, or RFP has landed, the question period is short, and your capture team needs a technical read before committing time and money to the response.
What changes
A clear view for your bid decision: how the requirements map to an Azure solution, where the technical risk sits, what to ask the agency, and whether a working MVP fits your schedule.
What you receive
- Requirements-to-solution map for the technical requirements
- Top technical risks and assumptions
- Draft questions for the agency's question period
- A feasibility call on a Proposal MVP within your schedule
- A 30-minute walkthrough with your capture lead
What we agree first
- The agency and solicitation number, for the conflict check
- The solicitation package once the NDA is signed
- Your response deadline and a capture lead for the walkthrough
Scope, fee, acceptance criteria, and timing are agreed before work starts.
Handling your documents
- Send the agency and solicitation number first: we confirm there is no conflict before you share any documents
- We sign your mutual NDA, or provide ours, before you send the solicitation package
- One offeror per solicitation, and at most two active bids at a time
- Classified information and CUI are excluded; copies are returned or deleted when the engagement ends
Scope boundaries
The Readout informs your bid decision. It is not a proposal, a compliance matrix, or a price. You remain the offeror, no award is guaranteed, and we do not work for competing offerors on the same solicitation.
