Proposal MVP
Design and build a working minimum viable product that shows evaluators your proposed solution before the contract is awarded.
Discuss this engagementWhen it fits
You are qualifying or capturing a government opportunity, and the solicitation or the evaluation team expects to see a working solution, not only a written approach.
What changes
A working MVP and the architecture evidence behind it, ready for your demonstration, oral presentation, or technical volume.
What you receive
- MVP scope traced to the solicitation requirements you select
- Solution architecture and architecture decision records
- A working MVP in an environment you control, with source code
- Demonstration script and technical inputs for your proposal team
What we agree first
- The target opportunity, its requirements, and your proposal schedule
- A capture lead authorized to set MVP scope and priorities
- Agreed hosting, data handling, and ownership of the MVP and its code
Scope, fee, acceptance criteria, and timing are agreed before work starts.
Scope boundaries
You remain the offeror and own the proposal, pricing, and bid decisions. We do not write full proposals, guarantee an award, or work for competing offerors on the same opportunity. Classified work, controlled unclassified information, and access to government systems are excluded unless separately agreed.

Use Microsoft's AI Decision Framework to gate the use case, operating model, and action boundary before choosing Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, or a custom agent.
What does your team need to settle?
Bring the system, the business goal, and the constraints. Scope, deliverables, and fee are agreed before work starts.
