Who is responsible
Architecture Logic operates www.architecture-logic.com. The legal entity that contracts for an engagement is named in that engagement's agreement. Questions about this policy go to architecture@architecture-logic.com.
Reading the site
The site does not set cookies, does not use advertising or tracking pixels, and does not ask you to sign in.
The hosting platform records standard request logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, and time) to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for up to 90 days.
When analytics are enabled, the site uses Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that counts page views without identifying individual visitors or building profiles. Article links, enquiry text, names, and email addresses are never sent to analytics.
Sending an enquiry
When you email or send an enquiry, Architecture Logic receives what you choose to share, typically your name, work email, organization, and a description of the work. It is used only to reply, scope a possible engagement, and keep a record of the conversation.
Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored in Architecture Logic's own Microsoft Azure environment in the United States and forwarded by email to the Architecture Logic mailbox. To limit abuse, the form keeps a one-way hash of your network address for one hour; the address itself is not stored.
Keep a first enquiry non-confidential. Do not send passwords, keys, customer data, controlled unclassified information, or sensitive system details.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records for engagements are kept for as long as the engagement agreement and applicable law require.
Sharing
Architecture Logic does not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that host the site, deliver email, and provide analytics, and only as needed for them to run those services, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information Architecture Logic holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to architecture@architecture-logic.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The site terms cover use of the site itself.
