MVP to Production
Take an application that works as an MVP and make it ready to run in production on Azure.
Discuss this engagementWhen it fits
An internal application or proof of concept works, and now it needs security, reliability, operations, and cost controls before real users depend on it.
What changes
A production-ready application, or a dated plan for the remaining gaps, with evidence your security and operations reviewers can accept.
What you receive
- Well-Architected review of the MVP across security, reliability, cost, operations, and performance
- Identity, network, and data protection changes for production
- CI/CD, monitoring, backup, and recovery set up or specified
- Production readiness scorecard and go-live plan
What we agree first
- Access to the application's code and Azure environment
- A product owner and an operations owner
- Your security and change-approval requirements
Scope, fee, acceptance criteria, and timing are agreed before work starts.
Scope boundaries
Authorization to operate, certification, and compliance decisions stay with your organization. Production promotion requires your approval; ongoing operations are not included unless separately agreed.

The two Azure frameworks answer different questions; use the Cloud Adoption Framework for estate decisions and the Well-Architected Framework for a single workload, and name the control owner where they overlap.
